We currently ship to Peninsula Malaysia, East Malaysia and Singapore. Shipping rates will depend on your location. If you are ordering online, the rate will be reflected upon checkout of your shopping cart.

Your gelato order will be packed together with dry ice before it is shipped out. Please follow the safety guide below on how to handle the dry ice upon receipt of your goods:
* Refrain from touching the dry ice with bare skin as it will cause
painful burning. Use gloves and other protective clothing.
* Disposal of dry ice: Let it evaporate safely in a well-ventilated area, away from any living being.
* DO NOT consume the dry ice.
Your order will be processed according to the following schedule (for Malaysia and Singapore only):
- Before XX – same day packing and shipping.
- After XX – next day packing and shipping.
- Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays – next working day packing and Shipping.

We guarantee that our gelatos will arrive frozen. If there are incidences where it arrives melted, we will ensure that we reship your order on the next business day. You also have an option to request for 100% refund which we will process on the next business day.
